Little Red Riding Hood

There are several old versions of Little Red Riding Hood. A couple have happy endings, but I found most did not. In one version Little Red Riding Hood and Grandma get eaten, the end. In another Little Red Riding Hood is eaten before she makes it to Grandma's house. In the version I chose for this doll, the wolf cooks up Grandma and secretly serves it to Red, and gives her a cup of Grandma's blood telling her that it is wine.

Combination of hand built, slip casting, wire armature, and a crochet hood.
